Navy SEAL Turned Senator Has Grim Prediction About Iran’s Endgame
Senator Tim Sheehy (R-MT) minced no words when weighing in on the Trump administration’s ongoing negotiations with Iran.

The former Navy SEAL-turned-senator lit up Fox News Monday, delivering a scorching message about Tehran’s regime without diplomatic fluff. Sheehy, who fought in both Iraq and Afghanistan, isn’t buying the mullahs’ charm offensive for a single second.
“This is a murderous regime that doesn’t want a deal,” Sheehy declared flatly. “They don’t want $6 gasoline. They don’t want the Straits to be open. They want you and your family and all of us to be killed.”
Sheehy’s assessment was clear: Iran isn’t negotiating. It’s stalling, using a classic “rope-a-dope” designed to run out the clock on Trump’s presidency.
“They want to buy time,” Sheehy warned. “They want to buy as much time as they can because President Trump’s the only president who’s ever actually gone after them head to head.”
Sheehy is not like the typical armchair hawks on Capitol Hill — he is a combat veteran who watched Iran fund the insurgencies that killed his brothers in arms. When host Brian Kilmeade floated the theory that Tehran is playing the political calendar, Sheehy didn’t hesitate: “You’re 100 percent right.”

The senator also torched the idea of Qatar and Pakistan serving as neutral middlemen in any deal. “Qatar’s been laundering money for terrorist organizations for decades,” he said bluntly. “The Pakistanis, through ISI, funded insurgencies against us and hid bin Laden.”
He asserted America’s real allies remain Israel, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, full stop. “When you look at who’s been by our side through thick and thin, no matter what, throughout the region for decades, it’s been Israel, UAE, and, of course, Saudi Arabia as well.”
Sheehy also pushed back on those worried about long-term foreign entanglements: “What’s worse than a forever war in the Middle East is a forever war right here on our streets, just down the road, 9/11.”
He’s been consistent on this for months. Back in January, Sheehy compared the Iranian regime to “a hobo on LSD with a knife in the street” and called on the U.S. to help Iran’s own people “take out the trash.”
“They say it on their parliament — ‘Death to America,’” Sheehy reminded viewers. “That’s not a theory. That’s what they actually try to do every day.”
