\u201cThey will try to close down the highways stick to meeting near the 495 bridge. Take the river south, there are back roads, you can also take the river,\u201d he allegedly said in a follow-up message featuring a screenshot of the Potomac River.<\/p>\n

He allegedly directed others to take back roads or the river to meet at a \u201cpick up location\u201d and pinpointed sites for drone launches and snipers. He also identified the Thomas Jefferson Memorial as the best escape route.<\/p>\n
