It is the second time in two days that the Massachusetts jury has told the judge it cannot reach a unanimous verdict.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAfter much deliberation, we are still unable to come to a unanimous decision,\u201d the jury said in a note to the judge.<\/span><\/p>\n

In response, Judge Sullivan read the jury a Tuey charge, a standard instruction given to jurors when a jury is deadlocked.
