Illegal immigrant Sube Singh, an Indian national, is accused of fatally striking 36-year-old Dedric Garrett while driving down I-20 in Hinds County, Mississippi, on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Singh, who was driving a 2021 Freightliner, allegedly struck Garrett as he exited his 2016 Honda CR-V, according to WLBT 3. First responders pronounced Garrett dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
